物联网工程专业培养目标

专业定位:根据学校和自动化学院的定位,物联网工程专业定位是:为广东经济社会的发展培养高素质应用型创新人才,培养的学生能够融合计算机、通信和自动控制等技术,解决面向领域应用的物联网技术专门人才,培养的学生具有物联网数据采集并进行大数据获取、清洗、管理与分析等能力的应用型人才,满足广东经济和社会发展对自动化人才的需求。

Programme vision: According to the vision of the school of automation, the Bachelor Programme of Internet of Things (IoT) Engineering aims to nurture high-quality practical creative talents for the development of the economic and social development of Guangdong.; to empower students with integrated computer, communications, and automatic control technologies and practical IoT skills; to equip students with IoT data collecting, data washing, data management and analysis knowledge to meet the demand for automation students with the economic and social development of Guangdong.

培养目标:物联网工程专业培养学生德才兼备,具有协同精神与创新意识,成为适应广东经济和社会发展的物联网与大数据相关领域的技术和管理人才。培养目标可以归纳为以下:

1、培养学 生具有健全人格、正确价值观、良好职业素养及社会责任感;

2、培养学生掌握扎实的理论基础知识,具备计算机技术、通信技术和控制技术的基本知识,具有融合计算机技术、通信技术和控制技术对物联网工程领域复杂工程问题进行分析、设计与开发的专业能力;或具备物联网数据采集、大数据管理和分析的基本知识,具有对大数据工程领域的复杂工程问题进行分析、设计与开发的专业能力;

3、培养学生具有组织与实施物联网与大数据相关领域工程项目的团队合作和管理能力;

4、培养学生具有自主学习的能力、终身学习的追求与创新意识,能够适应技术、经济与社会的持续发展。

Programme aim details:

1. Having the sound personality, correct values, good professionalism and sense of social responsibility;

2. Training students to have a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge, have the basic knowledge of computer technology, communications technology and control technology, have the ability to analyze, design and develop the complex engineering problems that integrate computer technology, communications technology and control technology in the fifield of Internet of things engineering field. Or have the basic knowledge of Internet of things data acquisition, large data management and analysis, have the ability to analyze, design and develop complex engineering problems in large data engineering areas;

3 Having the ability to organize and implement the teamwork and management of the internet of things and large data related fifield projects;

4 Having the ability of independent study, the pursuit of lifelong learning and the sense of innovation, being able to adapt to technological, economic and social sustainable development.

培养的学生具有物联网与检测、自动控制技术及信息技术相结合的知识体系,能够成为从事物联网相关产品与系统的研究、开发、生产、集成和运行管理工作的复合型应用型卓越工程师,也可继续攻读相关领域的硕士、博士学位。

The students should master the fundamental theory and methodology of hardware and software of IoT, have professional knowledge of IoT, develop the skill for the research, development, application integration and management of IoT, and become excellent comprehensive and application-oriented engineers. The graduates may continue to pursue master and doctor degrees.
